1. Pleasant View Bed & Biscuit agrees to provide services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Pleasant View Bed & Business or its employees. 

2. The client understands that all pets must have a veterinarian and must be current with all vaccinations that are administered by a licensed vet. Vaccinations must be given far enough in advance to be effective. We require about 10 days minimum, or 4 days intranasal bordatella.  We require Rabies,DHLP-P (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosos, Parvo, Parainfluenza), and Bordatella. 

3. The client understands that all pets must be treated with a flea, tick and heartworm preventative.  

4. Females over 6 months of age MUST be spayed.

5. Upon signing this waiver, you agree to NOT bring your pet onto the premises if showing any signs of illness. If your pet becomes sick in our care, you are giving us permission to get veterinary care for your pet. The bill will be added onto your boarding bill. 

6. We do not accept aggressive animals. Do not request services or sign this waiver if you do not feel that we can safely handle your pet during their stay, or if they’ve ever been human aggressive in the past. If your dog growls at or attempts to bite a human while here, you will be contacted to pick them up.

7. All puppies under 1 year old must have received at least 3 rounds of vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian. (Not the breeder) All puppies must be at least 6 months old to board.

8. If your dog is unable to contain their potties, and are not trained to a diaper - they will not be allowed to come back for a future reservation. We definitely understand accidents happen, but cannot accept dogs that have a kennel mishap multiple times a day. 

9. The client agrees if pet is not picked up, or we are not notified, within 2 days after scheduled pick up date, we will consider pet abandoned and pet will be placed at Cheatham Co. Animal Control.  

10. We do not require deposits unless you have previously cancelled a reservation with short notice. We will either deny services or require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Full payment is expected when your dog is picked up. 

11.  Cancellations must be received 5 days prior to the scheduled boarding day, or a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is either $100 or 50% of your reservation total - whichever is greater. If you are a no call/no show, then we have the right to deny services moving forward. We also require a deposit on your next 2 visits when you have previously cancelled a reservation. 

12.  Your reservation drop off and pick up times are SCHEDULED. Please be mindful of the reservation email, and let me know asap if you need to change anything.

Pick Up 9 am-12 pm

Drop Off 3-4 OR 5-5:30 pm

SATURDAY 

Pick Up 9-11 am

Drop Off 4-5 pm

Sunday is appt only

*We do still allow early drop off & pickup within the above time frames for extra fee*

**I always do my best to accommodate early (off schedule) pickups, but cannot guarantee. My part timers do not assist with pickups and drop offs. The schedule is based on the reservations already established.**

If you are picking up late Friday night - Sunday evening - this will result in paying for an extra night to reserve the kennel. 

This also applies for early check in on Saturday or Sunday morning.

13. If you return early from your vacation, you are still expected to pay your reservation in full unless a 5 day notice is provided.
